The practice aims to provide the highest possible standards of health care and follows the National Institute for Clinical Excellence and National Service Framework guidelines. To achieve our high standard, we have a full compliment of staff whom we actively encourage to further their knowledge with regular training courses. We also undertake regular audit of of standards of clinic care and prescribing.
All staff at our practice work together as a team to provide you with the best possible care. We aim to treat you with courtesy, dignity, and complete confidence.
Both surgeries have suitable access for disabled patients. However, our Colwell Road surgery is less well equipped once access has been obtained. Therefore if you are a disabled patient registered at Colwell Medical Centre there may be times when it would be advisable for you to be seen at Westcotes Health Centre or a home visit would be more appropriate.
